MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In May 2012, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Along with nonjudicial punishment under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, members who commit misconduct are subject to other adverse actions. This includes Administrative Discharge Actions and Administrative Demotions. Additional misconduct may be met with more severe adverse actions, such as trial by court-martial.

1. A senior airman from the 705th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, with reduction below airman first class suspended and a reprimand for one violation of Article 90, disobeying a superior commissioned officer.

2. An airman first class from the 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $375.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for one violation of Article 83, fraudulent enlistment, one violation of Article 107, false official statement and one violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

3. An airman first class from the 5th Operations Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, with reduction below airman suspended, restriction to Minot AFB, N.D., for 15 days and 15 days extra duty for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

4. A technical sergeant from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to staff sergeant, forfeiture of $1,506.00 and a reprimand for one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

5. A staff sergeant from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, forfeiture of $1,181.00, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

6. A staff sergeant from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, forfeiture of $1,181.00 and a reprimand for one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

7. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeiture of $400.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

8. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

9. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture $835.00 and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

10. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture $835.00 and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 121, larceny.

11. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture $400.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

12. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

13. A senior airman from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and suspended forfeiture of $990.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

14. An airman first class from the 91st MMXS received a reduction in rank to airman and suspended forfeiture of $835.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 107, false official statement and one violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

15. An airman first class from the 91st MMXS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, with reduction below airman suspended, suspended forfeiture of $745.00 pay for one month and 30 days restriction to Minot AFB, ND for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

16. An airman first class from the 91st MMXS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $745.00 pay for one month and 30 days restriction to Minot AFB, ND for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 111, drunken operation of a vehicle.

17. An airman first class from the 91st MMXS received a reduction in rank to airman and suspended forfeiture of $835.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

18. An airman first class from the 91st MMXS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, with reduction below airman suspended, suspended forfeiture of $745.00 pay for one month and 30 days restriction to Minot AFB, N.D., for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 117, provoking speech and gestures.

19. An airman from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $745.00 pay for one month, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

20. A senior airman from the 91st Security Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $934.00 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, drunken operation of a vehicle. 
21. An airman first class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received forfeiture of $878.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

22. An airman first class from the 791st MSFS received forfeiture of $878.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
