In November 2012, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:
  1. A senior airman from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $990 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, Discredit to Service.
  2. An airman first class from the 5th Force Support Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction to Minot Air Force Base and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, Discredit to Service.
  3. A staff sergeant from the 5th Maintenance Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to senior airman for one violation of Article 134, Drunk and Disorderly.
  4. A senior airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and suspended forfeitures of $990 pay per month for two months for one violation of Article 92, Failure to Obey a Lawful General Order and one violation of Article 134, Drunk and Disorderly.
  5. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeitures of $462 pay per month for 1 month and 14 days extra duty for one violation of Article 112a, Wrongful use of Marijuana.
  6. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeitures of $462 pay per month for one month and 14 days extra duty for one violation of Article 112a, Wrongful use of Marijuana.
  7. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeitures of $389 pay per month for one month and 14 days extra duty for one violation of Article 112a,Wrongful use of Marijuana.
  8. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeitures of $389 pay per month for one month and 14 days extra duty for one violation of Article 112a,Wrongful use of Marijuana.
  9. An airman first class from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeitures of $835 pay per month for two months, with forfeitures above $250 pay per month for two months suspended and a reprimand for one violation of Article 107, False Official Statement and one violation of Article 134, Discredit to Service.
  10.  A staff sergeant from the 91st Security Support Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, forfeitures of $300 pay per month for one month and two days of extra duty for one violation of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty.
  11.  A senior airman from the 91st SSPTS received a reduction to airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $462 pay per month for one month and seven days extra duty for one violation of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty and for one violation of Article 112a, Wrongful use of Marijuana.
  12. A senior airman from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, with reduction below airman first class suspended, forfeitures of $745 pay per month for two months, with forfeitures of $745 pay per month for one month suspended, 45 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty and Violation of Lawful Order.
  13. An airman first class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, with reduction below airman suspended, suspended forfeitures of $745 pay per month for two months and 45 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, AWOL and two violations of Article 92, Minor in Consumption and Violation of Lawful General Order.
Along with nonjudicial punishment under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, members who commit misconduct are subject to other adverse actions. This includes Administrative Discharge Actions and Administrative Demotions. Additional misconduct may be met with more severe adverse actions, such as trial by court-martial.
