MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- A B-52H Stratofortress taxi’s down the runway prior to take-off here, Dec. 17. The flight would include special guest, Lt. Col. John Dunlap, 5th Bomb Wing director of staff-- it would be his ‘fini’ flight.
