At a General Court-Martial on Feb. 13, Senior Airman Justin Legaspi, 742nd Missile Squadron member, was found guilty of 13 specifications in violation of Article 112a of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice. Legaspi was convicted of wrongfully manufacturing marijuana; wrongfully using and possessing marijuana, Ecstasy, Methylone, and Psilocybin; wrongfully introducing Ecstasy, Methylone, and Psilocybin onto Minot Air Force Base; and wrongfully distributing Ecstasy. He was sentenced to confinement for 18 months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction in grade to E-1, and a dishonorable discharge from the service.
