MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Centralized Dormitory Management provides direct residential infrastructure support to 1,200 Airmen for 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing in 16 dormitories valued at $150 million. The CDM staff is responsible for the in and out-processing of newly assigned Airmen. They brief them on Air Force, Command, and Local dormitory policies, regulations, and corrective actions. They are also responsible for training dormitory resident advisors on how to monitor dormitories, resolve any conflicts and ensure residents' safety. Finally, the CDM Team manages Team Minot's Bay Orderly Program by coordinating with 27 First Sergeants to maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of 1,495 dorm rooms.
