MESC provides for families Published April 4, 2013 Minot Enlisted Spouses' Club MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The Minot Enlisted Spouses' Club conducted a commissary gift card giveaway March 30, as one of its many community outreach endeavors. The MESC contribution of $300 towards the grocery expenses of commissary shoppers during the Easter weekend was well received. A number of commissary patrons were further inspired to "pay it forward" by purchasing gift cards for other patrons.
