MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The VACE shop, manned by 2M0X1's with a special skill set, services and repairs the Electronics System Test Set, Missile Radar Altimeter Test Assembly, Cooling Control Unit, and all other electronics test equipment needed to support the Air Launched Cruise Missile system. The shop plays a critical role in the B-52H Stratofortress’ nuclear mission, enabling the testing and certification of missiles and launch platforms empowering the 5th Bomb Wing to support the Nations defense through nuclear deterrence.
