MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Members of the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron's Friends of Veterans organization hosted an ice cream social at Trinity Homes in Minot, May 18.

They treated all residents of the facility, including their family members and staff, to ice cream. The event was part of the organization's community outreach initiative to support local veterans and others in the area.

This was the first ever social for the Friends of Veterans organization, and they hope to host events like these in the near future. More than 40 Airmen volunteered to take part in the event.
