AFSVC launches pilot program for online food ordering at NAF operations

A cook at the "Out of Bounds Grill" at Dyess AFB, Texas, prepares hamburgers on the grill for awaiting patrons whom ordered online or ordered in-house. Patrons of the Out of Bounds Grill will have the opportunity to order food online for pickup. Dyess is part of a pilot program initiated by the Air Force Services Center’s enterprise-wide E-Commerce initiative, the Nonappropriated Fund Food and Beverage Branch is launching the pilot program bringing online food ordering and pick-up to NAF food operations. Along with Dyess, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota; Minot AFB, North Dakota; F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming; Whiteman AFB, Missouri; Kirtland AFB, New Mexico; Barksdale AFB, Louisiana; and Malmstrom AFB, Montana are participating as well. (Courtesy photo)
