The 91st Missile Wing, through their extraordinary and exemplary support of the U.S. Strategic Command’s (USSTRATCOM) strategic deterrence mission, has been awarded the 2019 Omaha Trophy for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) category.

Airman 1st Class Megan Mitchell, assigned to the 5th Maintenance Squadron, earned the Diamond Sharp Award, July 24, 2013. Mitchell is currently a Dorm Resident Advisor. She earned the award for doing an outstanding job taking care of the Airmen in her dorm. She is always on top of dorm issues helping enforce dormitory standards. Mitchell has gone above and beyond keeping the first sergeants aware of concerns including quality of life matters. She has been in integral part of keeping morale high for the members who live in Dorm 276 and she has proven to be a great leader the first sergeants can count on.
