The 364th Ground Liaison Detachment is the primary advisory, coordination and informational conduit for the integration of air and ground elements during the conduit of joint operations. In preparation for these types of missions, the 364th GLD plans, coordinates, executes and evaluates joint training exercises. Performing these exercises better prepares the 5th Bomb Wing aircrews for real world operations through mission briefs, execution of integrated training, debriefings with the ground elements, and after-action reviews. In addition to the primary mission, the 364th GLD serves as the official liaison to all ground component visitors to Minot Air Force Base, N.D., and provides advice to Air Force personnel assigned to visiting U.S. Army Installations.
