Capt. Bryan Fanick, 5th Maintenance Group maintenance officer, scrapes debris off the Intercontinental Ballistic Minuteman Missile static display at the main gate of Minot Air Force Base, Oct. 13. Fanick, along with other volunteers have spent several weekends restoring the static displays on base as part of a renovation initiative. The restoration project needs volunteers from all over base on Saturdays and Sundays through the month of October until winter time, to restore and repaint the static displays.
