Staff Sgt. David Soares, 5th Civil Engineer Squadron, was the noncommissioned officer in charge for the construction of a display pad and successful installation of two B-52H Stratofortress static display models worth $125 thousand at Minot Air Force Base and the Dakota Territory Air Museum.
