Furthermore, these professionals hosted 23 town hall meetings within 5 days to educate military and civilian personnel, including spouses, on the FY14 Force Management Programs, making Minot the first base in the command to launch this initiative. During this period, 1,058 personnel were informed and armed with tools to make time-sensitive career decisions. Additionally, by leveraging technology, the Q&A information gathered from the town hall briefings was posted on the 5 FSS Minot MPS SharePoint page via Air Force Portal, accessible to all Team Minot personnel, at home station and deployed. The feedback and questions gathered from the town halls were then forwarded and answered by AFPC and later utilized to update Force Management program guidance Air Force-wide. Lt. Linares and Tech. Sgt. Regina have undoubtedly simplified a difficult and complex program for Airmen across the wing, solidifying the 5th Bomb Wing’s vision of mission ownership.
