TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Senior Airman Calvin Brown (center), an Airman from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron currently deployed to Tyndall AFB, Fla., is presented the newly created "AEF Making a Difference Award" here recently by fellow Air Expeditionary Force deployers Senior Master Sgt. Brian Bischoff (left) and Staff Sgt. Richard Linde. Airman Brown was recognized for working tirelessly to become station qualified in record time while providing outstanding support and mentorship to other AEF members.  He was also recognized by Col. David Kriner, 601st Air Operations Center commander, as being an "Outstanding Contributor" during the unit's recent unit compliance imspection.  Airman Brown was also cited as giving something back to the local community by dedicating part of his off-duty time for a local beach clean-up program.  Sergeant Bischoff created this award to recognize the efforts of AEF members deployed to Tyndall AFB who go above and beyond in their efforts. (Courtesy graphic)
