MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. –Cecil Alg, Ret. National Guard member, helps fellow Minot residents build sand bags to aid in the flood relief effort, April1.  Minot Area volunteers from the community and Minot Air Force Base reached their goal of filling 25,000 sandbags in the first two days alone, they will continue to until 1800hrs Saturday, April 4. 2009 was a year that brought progress and a renewed emphasis on safe, secure and reliable nuclear operations.
