MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Former North Dakota Gov. William L. Guy and retired Air Force Col. Harold A. Radetsky remember when they were on the flight of the first B-52H Stratofortress to be assigned to Minot Air Force Base 50 years ago.That flight was on July 16, 1961.
