MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The 5th Operations Support Squadron Weather Flight provides weather support for both the 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing with only eleven forecasters, two of which are augmented Air National Guard members from the 127th Weather Flight. The flight provides over 5,000 products annually and continually supports operations both on the ground and in the air. Aircrews receive support both in garrison and abroad through reach-back support. In addition, the Weather Flight supports intercontinental ballistic missile transport missions and crew movements through the 9,000 square mile missile complex.
