Don’t gamble with auto insurance
MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- All drivers on Minot AFB are required to have motor-vehicle liability insurance. Driving a vehicle without liability insurance violates base regulations and North Dakota law. Whether driving on or off base, driving without insurance is a gamble.
