COLONEL TIFFANY L. ARNOLD
Colonel Tiffany L. Arnold is the Director, Strategic Plans, Programs, Requirements & Assessments Directorate (A5/8/9), Air Force Sustainment Center, at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. In this role, she is responsible for center-wide strategic planning, programming, enterprise analyses, wargaming, and operational requirements. She governs the centers’ Program Objective Memorandum process, facilitating installation and mission support, discovery and development, life cycle management, and sustainment of virtually every major Air Force weapon system. These activities allow the 40,000 center employees the foundational data to produce to promise over $16 billion in revenue annually.
Colonel Arnold graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio
(UTSA), Texas. She received her commission through Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps in May 2003 as a Distinguished Graduate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from UTSA, a Master of Science in Criminology from Troy University, Troy, Alabama and a Masters degree in Strategic Studies with a Joint Operations Planning Concentration from the Air War College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama. She is married to Joseph Arnold, a former Air Force Logistics Readiness Officer. They have two children, Catia and Aurora.
Colonel Arnold is a Master Maintainer with experience on KC135R, B-2, MQ-9, MQ-1 and B-52H aircraft, spending 14 years in direct support to the nuclear mission. She has commanded at the Squadron level twice, from 2016-2021. She also holds qualifications as an Acquisition
Logistician with experience on U-2, RQ-4B, and B-21 programs and is an Air Education and Training Command Master Instructor with qualifications as an Executive Coach.
