MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- C.J. Craven, former Minot city fire chief, was presented a going-away gift from the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Jan. 5, 2016.
Team Minot also welcomed Kelli Flermoen, Minot city's new fire chief. According to Chief Master Sgt.
