MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Col. Matthew Brooks, 5th Bomb Wing commander, and Col. Sloan Hollis, 5th Bomb Wing vice commander, flipped the switch during the annual tree lighting ceremony at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Nov. 30, 2017.
