History
The 91st Operations Group is the operational backbone of the 91st Missile Wing. During World War II, the group, known then as the 91st Bombardment Group, flew the most famous plane of that era, the Memphis Belle. Today, the group remains a key facet of our nation's deterrent force. Through its four squadrons, the 91 OG continues to keep Minot's missiles safe, secure and ready to operate.

The four squadrons assigned to the group are the 740th, 741st and 742nd Missile Squadrons, and the 91st Operations Support Squadron. The 91st OG standardization and evaluation division reports directly to the operations group commander
