MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- In June 2008, the following Minot AFB Airmen were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman 1st Class (suspended), forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months, restriction for 8 days, 21 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to awaken a sleeping posted sentinel and possession of a PSP gaming system while on patrol.

2. An Airman 1st Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended) and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to monitor a fellow airman's driving while riding as a passenger in a government vehicle.

3. A Senior Airman from 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received forfeiture of $100.00 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of Percocet.

4. An Airman 1st Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, transferring sexually explicit images onto a government computer.

5. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman 1st Class (suspended), restriction for 21 days, 21 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

6. An Airman 1st Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received restriction for 8 days, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

7. An Airman 1st Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and restriction for 30 days (20 days suspended) for violating Article 121, larceny, and Article 92, possession of alcoholic beverages while under the age of twenty-one.

8. An Airman 1st Class from 5th Operations Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and 30 days extra duty for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

9. An Airman 1st Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

10. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman 1st Class (suspended), restriction for 5 days, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, possession of a camera phone in a restricted area.

11. An Airman 1st Class from 740th Missile Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 107, false official statement, Article 92, failure to perform assigned duties, and Article 86, failure to go.

12. An Airman 1st Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, 30 days extra duty (suspended), and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping on post.

13. A Senior Airman from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman 1st Class (suspended), and 15 days extra duty for violating Article 107, false official statement, and Article 92, failure to remain in dormitory room while on medical quarters.

14. An Airman 1st Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, viewing sexually explicit material on a government computer.

15. A Senior Airman from 5th Maintenance Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman 1st Class (suspended), forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for two months, and 10 days extra duty for violating Article 134, leaving the scene of an accident.

16. An Airman 1st Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), restriction for 8 days, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, possession of a camera phone in a restricted area.

17. A Staff Sergeant from 91st Maintenance Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman (suspended) and forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months for violating Article 134, false statement to civilian police.
