MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Team Minot's Top 3 organization recognized Senior Airman Devin Gorsage, 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron response force leader, for developing, coordinating and executing Night Operations training for over 425 unit personnel in a seven day period. Additionally, he assisted with the indoctrination of Less than Lethal Force (Baton) training, issuance and tracking for all unit personnel. Finally, Gorsage was instrumental in the development of the Leadership Reaction Course for the 91st MSFS. As event coordinator, he designed ten team-building obstacles which tested leadership capabilities of all Airmen in a training environment.
