Greg Biscone, Inspector General of the Air Force, spoke to the 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing leadership at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Oct. 26, 2015.  The purpose of Biscone's visit was to collect feedback on I.G. policies and procedures.
