The work was part of an ongoing fight to ensure the sites do not become flooded during warmer spring weather. MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Chief Master Sgt. Curtis W. Van Rees, 91st Security Forces Group security forces manager, retired March 29 from duty here. He was the focal point and mentor for developing leadership and professionalism in the enlisted ranks through guidance and training in all facets of military bearing, behavior, and justice. 791st MSFS Airman recognized by Top 3
MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The Minot Top 3 awarded Senior Airman Blake A. Radey, 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron response force leader, with the Top 3 Award, March 21. Airman Radey led 688 hours of Mobile Fire Team security for four penetrated sites, thirteen open launchers, and four nuclear convoys in direct support of maintenance operations. His leadership was instrumental to the 91 MW maintaining a 99% ICBM alert rate. Additionally, Airman Radey’s superior military bearing and excellent public speaking abilities resulted in his selection to conduct the unit’s mission brief for the CUI IG inspectors. Moreover, he was hand-selected to assist the Convoys Flight during Lt. Gen. Judith A. Fedder’s visit where he showcased MFT capabilities and tactics.
