MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – The A1 awards recognize the best performers and finest installation level programs. The Youth program hosted seven different week-long camps during this year’s summer. Youth employment skills enrollment increased by 50 percent from 2010 and teens earned more than $3,000 toward college tuition.
