Megan Graham, 5th Force Support Squadron chief of plans and readiness, coordinated the return of 280 Guam deployers. Youth employment skills enrollment increased by 50 percent from 2010 and teens earned more than $3,000 toward college tuition. Manpower and Organizations designed plans for exercises including Prairie Knight, the ORI, and two BSART exercises. Manpower and Organizations personnel volunteered more than 507 hours to assist flood victims with clean up and laying and filling sand bags.
