9/7/2012 - The Military Justice section of the 5th Bomb Wing Legal Office assists the commander with maintaining good order and discipline. They review the Uniform Code of Military Justice as well as Department of Defense and Air Force regulations before advising commanders on courts-martial actions, Article 15 processing and Unfavorable Information File reviews. The MJ staff also ensures the safety of the base population by recommending the appropriate legal action for urinalysis testing, search and seizures and criminal investigations.
