8/23/2012 - MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. - Airman 1st Class Jenny Lowe, 5th Medical Operations Squadron public health technician, receives an award from the Minot Top 3 for her excellence in performing day-to-day operations here Aug. 20. Part of her duties include processing records reviews for overseas, retraining, special duty, flying class physicals and commissioning programs among other duties.
