Lieutenant Colonel T. Rosemary Haley is the Commander, 5th Medical Operations Squadron, Minot AFB, ND. As the Commander of 194 active duty and civilian medical personnel, she is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive healthcare to include family practice, flight/missile medicine, mental health, physical therapy, dental services, public health and bioenvironmental protection services for over 12,700 active duty, dependent and retired beneficiaries. She is also responsible for the execution of Minot AFB's Personnel Reliability Program, the largest program in the Department of Defense for America's only dual- wing nuclear-capable installation.

Lieutenant Colonel Haley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire in 1995. Upon completing her graduation requirements she was commissioned as a first lieutenant in August 1994. Lieutenant Colonel Haley has held a variety of positions in both inpatient and outpatient settings encompassing both civilian and military nursing ranging from newborns to geriatrics with a National Certification in Inpatient Obstetrics.

Prior to her current position, Lieutenant Colonel Haley was the Flight Commander, Flight Medicine Clinic at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska where she coordinated the medical care for over 1,700 active duty flyers and their families as well as directed over 3,500 occupational health exams in support of the Air Force's Occupational Health program annually.
