The McAdoo Fitness Center hosted an athletic youth day to promote a healthy lifestyle in school-age children at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., April 17, 2017. During the event, Youth Center children participated in a mock fitness assessment, bounce house, a video exercise with fitness balls and an additional activity based on the age group. Kindergarteners and first-graders participated in group games such as duck duck goose, freeze tag and more while second and third-graders played wallyball.
